Each reply your agent sends counts as one answer. Visitor messages, knowledge browsing and settings changes are free.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Your agent pauses new answers until the allowance resets on the 1st, and we let you know in the dashboard. You can upgrade at any time to continue immediately.
What is a re-learn?
A re-learn refreshes your agent's knowledge from your live website — useful after you add products or update content. Your first learning is always included.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with the features of your chosen plan and a trial allowance of 100 answers and 40 pages. No card is charged automatically — choose a plan when you're ready.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Request a change from the Plan & usage page in your dashboard and it takes effect for the current month.
